Accepting out of Network insurance Cigna, Com Psych, United Health, RI BCBS
Accepting in Network Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Aetna, Harvard Pilgrem Tufts Commercial.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- Is my provider in network or out of network?
- What is my deductible and has it been met? What is my co-pay?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- If out of network -What is the coverage amount per therapy session? What is my co-insurance?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
- State of Emergency due to COVID19, has ended , How/If is my insurance different? Is tele-therapy covered ? Will I have a co-pay with tele-therapy ? Can I continue to see an out of network provider if using teletherapy?
- Will my insurance ALWAYS pay for tele-therapy? When could insurance coverage for tele-therapy change/end in the future ?
Payment
Cash ,check , HSA, Cards are accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the $85.00 late cancellation fee.
Please note* Tele-therapy or plan coverage can change quickly ! You are responsible to know if your insurance covers the services you receive .Some insurances do NOT cover tele-therapy. The client is expected to know their benefit plan, and coverage details. Any clinical services provided which are not covered by your plan is the financial responsibility of the client.
